I write and perform instrumental music with acoustic guitar that I treat with ambient elements.
The music is textural, quiet and slow, yet employs melody and structure. Though the sound and delivery have equal importance, the melody contributes a kind of story, a wordless narrative, a literature of the inarticulate heart and soul.
The guitar, made of wood and steel, reflects our physical selves and the tactile world, while the ambient textures express our poetic, mysterious, invisible selves, as well as the full mystery of creation.
It can function as background music, but will reward close listens.
